Registration fees

  Any applicable taxes are included in the registration fees.

Registration fee includes

Registration Policy

Registrations should be completed through the Conference website.

Alternatively, you may submit a completed registration form in PDF format, together with a bank transfer receipt or credit card authorization form to the Technical Secretariat. The registration form can be downloaded from the Registration section of the website.

The name of the person registering may be changed until November, 30 2026. After that date, no changes will be allowed and registrations will not be transferable.

To request an invoice, please specify in the comments section of the registration form provide the following billing information: CLIENT NAME, ID / TAX ID and address.

Once you are registered, you can access your personal area with the username and password information you will have received in your email and check the services you have purchased. If you do not remember your login information you can request it at registrations@lamc-ieee.com

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be requested in writing by sending an email to the following address, specifying the registration to be cancelled: registrations@lamc-ieee.com
 

• Cancellations received before November 15, 2026: 75% of the registration fee will be reimbursed, discounting 25% for administrative expenses.
• Cancellations received between November 15 and December 3, 2026: 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed
• Cancellations received after December 3, 2026: registration fee will not be reimbursed resulting in 100% loss of the registration fee.
